We docked in Cagliari in the rain. Today we donned our ponchos and went to The Nuraghic Complex in Barumini. This central settlement ( A UNESCO World Heritage Site) dates back to 1100 B.C. and thrived up until the Phoenician and Punic Ages. When we got there the rain eased a bit so we were able to walk into the complex and climb down into the central tower. Despite the rain the trip was picturesque and enjoyable.
