After docking in Naples on April 21, 2012, we took a ships tour down the Amalfi Coast, considered to be one of the most beautiful coastal drives in the world. Due to the narrow roadway, we boarded a small mini bus and began our trip up Naples Bay toward the Bay of Sorrento. After views of the cliffs of Sorrento, we continued through Positano, the tiny fishing village of Fiordo, several watchtowers and stopping in the village of Amalfi.
In Amalfi we walked the narrow main street, Via Lorenzo d’ amalfi, into the Main Square with its fountain and Cathedral. Leaving Amalfi, we proceeded down the coast to Salerno, Italy. Along the entire coastline were terraced Lemon Groves and vineyards.

When we retired and moved to Florida from Bellport,Long Island, NY, we began to cruise more and for longer periods of time. Our travels have taken us up the Amazon, around South America and the Antarctic, North Africa, the Mediterranean and Black Seas. We hope you enjoy some of our images and that they can help in planning your own dreams.
