On March 24, 2010 we embarked Ft. Lauderdale on a 54 day Grand Voyage to the Mediterranean and Black Sea. The voyage was comprised of two main segments, Ft. Lauderdale to Istanbul, and then back to Ft. Lauderdale.
1st Segment The first segment of our journey includes the ports of Gustivia (St. Barts), Funchal (Madeira), Almeria (Spain), Ibiza (Balearic Islands, Spain), Barcelona (Spain), St. Tropez (France), Livorno (Florence, Italy), Civitavecchia (Rome, Italy), Katakolon (Greece), and Istanbul (Turkey)
2nd Segment Our second segment included the ports of Sochi (Russia), Batumi (Georgia), Trabzon (Turkey), Sinop (Turkey), Volos (Greece), Kusadasi (Turkey), Piraeus (Athens, Greece), Santorini (Greece), Valletta (Malta), Cadiz (Andalusia, Spain), Lisbon (Portugal), Ponta Delgada (Azores, Portugal), Bermuda and New York.


When we retired and moved to Florida from Bellport,Long Island, NY, we began to cruise more and for longer periods of time. Our travels have taken us up the Amazon, around South America and the Antarctic, North Africa, the Mediterranean and Black Seas.
