St Barts

After 2 days at sea we anchored outside Gustavia, Saint Barthelemy, a small island that is part of France. There were several small cruise ships in the harbor, the Prinsendam being the largest. We tendered into town to look around and get some Euros for the rest of our trip. The day was warm and sunny after an early morning shower.       Gustavia Harbor Port of Gustavia Gustavia Pier Gustavia Pier Park in Gustavia Rue du Bord du Mer St Bartholome Anglican/Episcopal Church Panorama...

Gustavia, St. Barts

St. Barts is a tender port. Today there was a large yacht regatta called the Bucket Regatta, with over 30 competing. The harbor was very crowded with all sorts of vessels to view the event. At the dock the crews were preparing their crafts for the race of the day. We walked the town and took in the sights. In the afternoon we watched the race from our veranda.     St. Barts St. Barts Harbor Gustavia Rue du Bord du Mer St. Barts Lighthouse Bucket Regatta Bucket Regatta Bucket Regatta Bucket Regatta Bucket...
