On February 26, 2015 we sailed into the beautiful island of Bali in Indonesia and docked in Benoa. As we approached Benoa the sun was trying to break through the morning haze and we could just see the mountains on the island. We took a tour that first went to the Royal Temple. On our way there we traveled through the streets of Benoa and Denpasar seeing statues, family temples, craft shops and artists. Once at the temple we walked the grounds and viewed the amazing structures. Traveling on we went to the Alas Kedaton Monkey Forest to see the large number of Macaque monkeys that lived there. Our final stop was at the Tanah Lot Pagoda which is situated in the sea and is only reachable during low tide. During our travels we passed many rice fields the main crop in this region.
