On April12, 2015 we woke in our hotel room in Delphi, to the smell of smoke. Spit roasted lamb is part of the traditional Easter meal, so the town was filled with smoke from the fires that would soon turn to coals to prepare the lamb. We drove to Olympia Greece for a traditional Easter feast. To get to Olympia we had to cross the Antirio Bridge to get onto the Peloponnese Peninsula. Once in Olympia we had spit roasted lamb and other greek specialities along with music and greek dance.
