On March 6, 2017, we landed in Vietnam at the port of Nha Trang, a bustling port with many local water taxis scurrying about the harbor. Located on the south central shore of Vietnam, Nha Trang is a popular beach resort area. Touring the area we first stopped at Xq Handmade Embroidery Factory, which produced some very fine and delicate art work. We then traveled to the Long Son Pagoda one of the main sites of the city and a view of the large white Buddha that sits on the hill top. We then ventured on to the Po Nagar Cham Towers, where ancient ruins of the Cham people can be seen on the hill. Our final stop was at the Dam Market, a traditional market in the center of town.
